Qualification:
For Sl. No. 1: Qualification - Degree in Engineering. Age limit
52 years for GM, 50 years for DGM. Apart from Basic Pay and variable
IDA, the posts carry other benefits like HRA, CCA, LTC, Medical
facilities, Contributory PF, Gratuity etc. as per rules of the
company. The position is for Kolkata. However, the incumbent may be
transferred any where in India.
For Sl. No. 2 & 3: Qualification - Degree/ Diploma in Civil
Engineering. Age limit 35 years. Remuneration will be consolidated as
mentioned above. Place of posting will be primarily in the project at
Tripura or anywhere in the North East. However, the incumbent may be
posted/ transferred anywhere in India. Preference will be given to
local candidates.
General Conditions:
1. Reservation/ relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PH applicable as per
GOI guidelines.
2. Those working in Govt./ Semi Govt./ Public Sector/ Autonomous
Bodies who have worked for at least 2 years in the next below grade
should apply through proper channel or produce NOC at the time of
interview. Those working in Private Sector should forward with their
applications the structure of their department/ organisation.
3. Age and experience are relaxable for internal and exceptionally
deserving candidates. Higher start in the scale of pay ( in case of Sl.
1 ) may be considered for deserving candidates. Outstation candidates
called for interview for Sl. No. 1 will be reimbursed AC II Sleeper
class rail fare (to and fro) by the shortest route, except Rajdhani
and Shatabdi trains; subject to submission of proof of journey.
Candidates for Sl. No. 2 will be reimbursed Sleeper Class return rail
fare.

Career Opportunities
BBUNL is recruiting Trainees by All-India Open Competitions only. For this, open advertisements in leading dailies are issued.
The aspirants should be Graduates/Post Graduates in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Computers/ Metallurgical/ Civil/ Industrial Engineering).
For Non-technical disciplines, they are required to be CA/ICWA or MBA/PG Diploma in Personnel Management/Marketing or MCA or equivalent.
Recruitment is done by written test followed by interview.
The Management Trainees are given thorough in-house on-the-job training. They are also subjected to intensive classroom training. In this way they are groomed to emerge out as a resourceful executive.
The senior level posts in the group companies are filled up, wherever required, through open advertisements in the leading daily newspapers.
