The
leak proof tank wagon is especially developed to transport in bulk, powdery items such as alumina & cement. These wagons are provided with two chambers at the bottom for discharge of the load by means of air fluidising system which is emulsion combined with bottom discharge system.
The barrel equipped with emulsifying system permits the powdery product to be transported to a distance and to Silos via cylindrical pipes as a fluid. The discharge can also be effected directly from wagon to underground bunker. The barrel equipped with the emulsifying system can withstand pressure of approximately 2 to 2/5 bar. The wagons have other usual features of 8 wheeler bogie systems.
